Eloise & Me is inspired by Kay Thompson, star of radio, recording artist, stage & screen actress, MGM film orchestrator and vocal coach to the Hollywood elite.  Eloise & Me follows Kay Thompson’ life and her working relationship with Eloise book illustrator, Hilary Knight.

The story unfolds Kay’s past through the eyes and memories of Hilary Knight.  Kay & Hilary’s friendship was one of the great love affairs in which a child was born, Eloise (illustrated little girl).  Eloise is Kay’s alter-ego and was brought to life by Hilary’s drawings.
